Why We Were Founded
AI has dramatically lowered the barrier to development. Yet the more I faced the front lines, the more I became convinced of one thing — what is truly needed is not 'being able to build,' but people who understand both the business and the mechanism, creating without ever letting that understanding go.
If you hand everything to AI or others without understanding, the system eventually slips from the maker's hands and falls into an uncontrollable 'autonomy of its own.' As people increase, understanding fragments, and it gradually slips away from our hands.
That is why we prove, in our own businesses, mechanisms that keep responsibility and initiative to the very end.
